Rory has been a fan of Velocity rigs since the beginning of his skydiving career. He started jumping in 2003, got his first brand new Infinity in 2004 and has been in love ever since. Once he got his rigger's ticket he fell even more in love with his rig of choice, so searched out a sponsorship. He has done a lot for the company from shooting educational packing videos, jumping/packing for the MARD certification jumps, doing repairs and quality inspection work at the factory on vacation, and delivered a presentation about the development of the Infinity MARD at the Parachute Industry Association Symposium in 2023. Over the years he has been on a variety of state skydiving records, the 84 way head up world record, was a invitee to the last 200 way head down record attempts, and has competed in freefly money meets in Chicago and Eloy.
There's nothing I feel more safe and confident with than my Infinity.
